8 September 2016 - Excursion to mauquoy & antwerp
75 happy participants entered a bus early in the morning in Ghent and were taken to a first stop at the largest medal factory of Belgium, the Mauquoy NV. There we were divided into three groups and given a tour through the factory. Some participants were like children in a toy shop.
After the visit the Mauquoy NV. invited all the participants for a lunch. The bus took the 75 participants to the city of Antwerpen where the group was divided in two: Modern History and Old History.
